When loss occurs, we often do not have the tools
to deal with it in a constructive or healthy way, whether it is
our own personal loss or whether it is a loss experienced by
someone we know. Each human being will experience a loss
sometime during his/her lifetime. Loss and Life
Transitions workshops help develop skills for dealing with
life's changes.
